organization sells general admission tickets for
a designated home game. The tickets cost $4 each.
You
retain 50% of the ticket revenue as your profit.
Your group will receive special recognition during
the game.

4 easy steps to
get you started...
Pick
your game date.
-Our fundraising director will assist you.
-If purchaser is unable to attend on selected date,
tickets can be exchanged for alternate 2005 season
home game (subject to availability).
Choose
the number of tickets you would like to sell. (Minimum
of 50)
Choose
a coordinator or chairperson responsible for:
-Distributing tickets and explanation to members/
sellers.
-Collecting unsold tickets and money.
-Being the primary contact with our coordinator.
Our
director will work with your organization to ensure
a success?
-We will provide a support and assistance throughout
the campaign.
-We will ensure a great time on your game date with
the Mid-Missouri Mavericks.
Tips
for successful fundraising
Do
Designate
a chairperson
Have
a goal & make sure everyone knows what it is
Copy
the information letter & give it to everyone
that receives tickets
Give
a minimum of 4 tickets to each participant
Advertise:
WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN & WHY - NOW in newsletters,
etc.
Reminders,Reminders,Reminders...Remind
everyone to sell their tickets
Ask
everyone you know if they'd like to attend a Mid-Missouri
Mavericks game, have a great time & support
your organization
Don't
Decide
not to do it because no one volunteers to coordinate
the campaign - Ask someone that you know will do
a good job
Wait
for people to come to you to buy tickets because
they won't!
